Harris Tsolis, Head Coach at the Hong Kong Sport Institue came to talk to the HKODA Clinic participants about how to make the most of their training (give 100%!!!). Harris also presented the Sport Institute and the options / pathways the Hong Kong sailors could have after the Optimist. Maurizio Bencic, the Optimist  international coach of the clinic commented: "you are lucky to have such resources in Hong Kong to support the sailors!"
